Requirements:
At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment Homeowners, auto and call center experience are a plus Prior sales experience from other industries considered if previous insurance sales experience maintained license and CE Active P&C licensure within your current state of residence Outstanding communicator with a natural ability to build relationships and gain trust A proven track record as a closer, with strong negotiation skills and a history of exceeding sales targets Self-motivated with a results-oriented focus Ability to adhere to metrics, schedules, and training protocols while juggling multiple priorities Proficiency in CRM systems and telephone software Licensed in California and/or Surplus Lines License (bonus points)
Responsibilities:
Handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text to understand customer needs Recommend tailored insurance solutions Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals Clearly communicating the benefits of our insurance offerings Addressing customer questions with confidence Delivering exceptional service throughout the process Leveraging company-provided leads to drive sales Consistently following up to move customers through the sales funnel Partner with underwriters and customer service reps to ensure a smooth experience Simplifying complex insurance jargon and educating customers on coverage options
