Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Experience in marketing execution, outbound outreach, or lead-generation roles. Strong capability in data scraping, research, spreadsheet-based list building, and segmentation. Experience working with real estate, builders, interior design, or trade-related industries is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple ongoing campaigns with high attention to detail. Proficient in Excel for database management and tracking. Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar). Strong written communication skills for outbound and campaign messaging.
