Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor with exceptional prospecting and lead generation abilities Knowledge of the Senior Living Industry Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with other teams Relationship driven with a strategic mindset Experience in presenting to target customers and overcoming objections Technologically focused and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Responsibilities:
Work with families and professional referral sources for seniors needing to transition into a community or home care. Deliver on target quota of families selecting a senior care option by generating daily qualified patient referrals. Maintain a portfolio of clients (social worker, case managers, discharge planners) in hospitals and skilled nursing centers. Develop, own, and grow book of accounts to increase referral volume. Cultivate new contacts through networking, cold calls, and service presentations. Educate families on care options and coordinate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors. Leverage CRM and internal structure to manage pipeline. Pilot new initiatives, tests, and processes and provide feedback.
