Oracle Cloud Program Manager

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 10+ years of program management experience, including multi-pillar Oracle Cloud implementations 3+ years of full lifecycle Oracle Cloud transformation experience Strong understanding of Finance, HCM, Accounting, or Supply Chain business processes Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle project development Ability to analyze business issues and define future state solutions Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills Experience creating training and user documentation Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities Ability to work independently and remotely, with flexibility to travel

Manage multi-pillar Oracle Cloud programs, aligning scope, resourcing, and plans with business objectives Track and report project milestones, facilitating status updates Develop program deliverables, including workshop materials and business requirement documentation Facilitate user acceptance testing and coordinate post-production support Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and program communications Act as liaison between business and IT Support change management, training, and documentation
