Bachelor’s Degree 8+ years of relevant professional experience (Corporate Development, VC / PE, Investment Banking) Direct experience in corporate development at high-growth tech/SaaS business is ideal Ability to quickly distill information, identify challenges, and design solutions Self-driven, ownership mentality Demonstrable ability to manage M&A and strategic partnership opportunities end to end Domain knowledge of GRC & Security end markets is a plus Ability to collaborate effectively with senior product, engineering, & GTM leaders Top-notch financial modeling & analytical skills

Partner with Vanta leaders to define strategy and assess growth opportunities. Develop and present business cases, financial analyses, and executive presentations. Manage CorpDev processes end-to-end, including due diligence and post-deal integration. Build perspectives on strategic trends and competitive intelligence. Collaborate across EPD, Operations, GTM, Legal, Finance, and People teams.
