Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or JD preferred. 8–12 years of experience in Sales, Deal Desk, and Contract Management within cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise technology. Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. Strong understanding of pricing models and contract structures. Exceptional project management, organization, negotiation and communication skills. Ability to balance commercial creativity with compliance and risk management. Familiarity with CRM, CPQ, and contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., Docusign, Salesforce, Ironclad).
