Requirements
- Strong track record in customer success or account management.
- Experience owning a large book of business and exceeding retention quota.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including influencing stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Own customer experience, ensuring engagement, adoption, retention, and growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and applying Antenna data.
- Drive new use cases by aligning customer objectives with Antenna data.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to expand customer relationships.
- Manage customer health and project manage custom data requests.
- Onboard, guide, and support customers throughout their lifecycle.
- Act as the voice of the customer for feedback loops to the product team.
- Contribute to the customer success playbook and best practices.
