Strong track record in customer success or account management roles. Experience owning a large book of business and consistently exceeding retention quota. Excellent communication skills, especially with technical products. Experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Thrives in dynamic environments with change and ambiguity. 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Own customer experience, ensuring engagement, adoption, retention, and growth. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and applying Antenna data. Drive new use cases and value propositions for customers. Collaborate with the commercial team to expand relationships and execute growth strategies. Onboard, guide, and support customers throughout their lifecycle. Serve as the voice of the customer to the Antenna organization, providing feedback to the product team. Contribute to the customer success playbook.
