Responsibilities

  • Own customer experience, ensuring engagement, adoption, retention, and growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and applying Antenna data.
  • Drive new use cases by aligning customer objectives with Antenna data.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to expand customer relationships.
  • Manage customer health and project manage custom data requests.
  • Onboard, guide, and support customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for feedback loops to the product team.
  • Contribute to the customer success playbook and best practices.
