Associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience At least 5 years of professional experience in clerical, administrative, or office management duties Proven experience supervising staff and managing administrative workflows Strong knowledge of office operations, vendor and contract management, inventory control, and basic HR functions Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in computer systems, data entry, record management, and standard office software Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to travel
