Middle Office Manager (US)

3+ years of experience in middle office, trading operations, settlements, clearing, or reconciliations within a trading firm, OTC desk, brokerage, exchange, or investment banking institution. Solid understanding of trade capture, allocations, settlements, reconciliation, and exception management. Comfortable with settlement flows, confirmation processes, wallet/custodian coordination, and resolving breaks. Detail-oriented with strong understanding of controls, risk awareness, and data accuracy. Able to coordinate effectively with Trading, Treasury, Risk, and Product teams. Experience supporting institutional clients or counterparties. Comfortable operating in both crypto-native and traditional finance environments.

Execute and maintain middle-office processes for OTC, exchange, and lending activity. Ensure accurate trade capture, flawless settlement, and timely reconciliation. Oversee post-trade processing, manage settlement instructions, and coordinate with custodians/venues. Resolve trade breaks or exceptions and maintain high data integrity. Monitor digital asset and fiat balances. Support process and SOP implementation, identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements. Coordinate with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Product, and Engineering for new product launches and system enhancements.
