Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. 15+ years of functional experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years with a Master’s degree; or 8+ years with a PhD. At least 7 years of managerial experience. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights for senior leadership. Experience putting together materials and telling the story behind the numbers to very senior audiences. Experience in commercial finance/sales finance preferably in a high-growth environment. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Strong knowledge of forecasting systems and tools. Experience collaborating across Finance, Commercial, Product, and Senior Leadership teams. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Ad tech experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape operating meetings agenda. Own the development and strategic framing of monthly KPI reviews. Lead Revenue Reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Provide strategic thought leadership by performing financial analysis. Support setting sales targets on a quarterly basis. Drive ad-hoc analysis for Executive, GTM, and Product organizations. Lead continuous improvement of Finance systems, processes, and controls. Develop and own reporting systems and data visualization capabilities. Own Board-level reporting on qualitative and quantitative progress. Serve as a thought leader on optimal revenue operations. Identify and recommend actions that enhance revenue insights. Provide mentorship, direction, and thought partnership to team members.
