Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline. At least 10 years of proven software Product Management experience. At least 3 years of experience leading other Product Managers. Prior experience working as a Software Engineer is a strong plus. Experience leading AI-enabled products. Comfortable analyzing data with SQL or spreadsheets and conducting user research. Ability to craft solutions through data and a user-centric approach. Meticulous with a high bar for quality in writing user stories and testing features. Humble, willing to learn, and goal-oriented. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Experience with agile development methodologies with globally distributed teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company. Must be a world-class individual contributor.
Responsibilities:
Own AI platform and AI-driven product strategy and roadmap. Provide thought leadership and communication on product strategy. Track progress, assess risks, and communicate mitigation plans. Guide prioritization of initiatives. Lead and grow a team of Product Managers. Define and evolve Toptal's Product Management practice for AI products. Work cross-functionally with other teams. Lead and supervise team members. Establish team objectives and structure. Coach and mentor team members.
