Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics; MBA a plus. 5+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, Pricing, Category Management, or Trade Strategy within a Consumer-Packaged Goods organization. Background in regulated consumer products industries (cannabis, alcohol, tobacco, food & beverages) is a plus. Strong analytical skills, including data modeling, elasticity analysis, and business case development. Collaborative mindset capable of influencing cross-functional teams. Self-starter, low-ego mentality, and willingness to go the extra mile. Ability to thrive in uncertainty. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with ability to synthesize data. Expert user of Excel. Attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership.
