Requirements:
4-year bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably health sciences. Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience. Prior sales training and documented track record of achievement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation abilities. Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities. Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred). Proficiency with Google Workspace. Proficiency with Microsoft 365. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Willingness and ability to travel 25-50%. Live within the defined territory and close to a major airport.
Responsibilities:
Grow sales within the assigned Florida territory, focusing on educational institutions. Source and qualify new leads through proactive outreach and networking. Build relationships with key educational stakeholders. Collaborate with and mentor a Junior Sales Representative. Deliver product demonstrations and close deals. Maintain relationships with existing customers for upselling and satisfaction. Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitors. Attend trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.
