- 4+ years’ experience in agency, property, or client-side account management within sports, events, or hospitality.
- Proven experience managing premium hospitality or partnership programmes within Formula 1 or major sports.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of sponsorship rights, asset delivery, and contractual obligations.
- Demonstrable experience in budget management, supplier negotiations, and contract oversight.
