Requirements:
5–7 years’ experience leading influencer/creator marketing initiatives Demonstrable success on both brand and creator sides Proven track record of executing multi-platform social campaigns Strong understanding of social media ecosystems, creator economies, and FTC regulations Exceptional project-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Analytical mindset with experience using social analytics dashboards and Google Data Studio Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Hands-on expertise driving high-budget campaigns (mid-six to seven-figure ranges) Strong consultative skills
Responsibilities:
Project-manage end-to-end influencer campaigns Liaise directly with influencers and talent reps Monitor performance metrics and execute rapid optimizations Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned brand clients Prepare status reports and present campaign learnings Escalate potential risks proactively Partner with internal teams to align influencer content Curate and share trend insights and best practices Enforce FTC guidelines, platform policies, and client brand standards Audit content drafts for proper disclosures and consistency
