Requirements:
BA/BS or equivalent preferred. 7+ years successful renewal sales or sales experience. Experience selling to IT departments/management preferred. Knowledge of the software business; Java is a plus. Experience with Salesforce.com for opportunity management, pipeline building, tasks, reports, and forecasting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized, detail and process oriented. Self-starter capable of working in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment. Ability to coordinate Azul cross-department resources.
Responsibilities:
Maintain regular customer outreach for engagement and retention. Identify upsell opportunities through questioning and product knowledge. Monitor customer satisfaction and renewal intent. Develop customer quotes and manage renewal opportunities in Salesforce. Understand and apply pricing & discounting practices for renewals. Provide weekly renewals and churn forecasts. Maintain knowledge of Azul's competitive positioning.
