Requirements:
BA/BS or equivalent preferred. 3+ years of successful renewal sales or sales experience. Experience selling to IT departments and management. Knowledge of the software business (Java is a plus). Experience with Salesforce.com for opportunity management, pipeline building, task setting, reporting, and forecasting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized, detail, and process-oriented. Self-starter with team collaboration ability. Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment. Ability to coordinate cross-departmental resources for complex sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
Maintain regular customer outreach for engagement and retention. Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the customer success team. Monitor customer satisfaction and renewal intent. Develop customer quotes and manage renewal opportunities in Salesforce.com. Understand and implement pricing and discounting practices for renewals. Provide weekly renewals and churn forecasts. Maintain knowledge of Azul's competitive positioning.
