BA/BS or equivalent preferred. 3+ years of successful renewal sales or sales experience. Experience selling to IT departments and management. Knowledge of the software business (Java is a plus). Experience with Salesforce.com for opportunity management, pipeline building, task setting, reporting, and forecasting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized, detail, and process-oriented. Self-starter with team collaboration ability. Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment. Ability to coordinate cross-departmental resources for complex sales strategies.
