Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Two (2) years of experience in social marketing, or in the job offered or related role. Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Apple Ads required. Experience with YouTube advertising and Display partners and networks outside of Google strongly preferred. Paid Search platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with deep understanding of platform algorithms and API usage. Data analysis and interpretation, including statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and attribution modeling. Proficiency with SQL and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker). Campaign structure and optimization, including campaign, ad group and keyword management and automated bidding strategies. Competitive analysis, with proficiency across Google Keyword Planner as well as 3rd party tools like SEMrush, Ahref, and/or Spyfu. Budget management and forecasting, with advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Shopping Campaign (PLA) management, including product feed optimization using Google Merchant Center and Feedonomics. Scripting and automation, including using Google Ads Scripts, API integrations, and regular expressions. Experimental design and statistical significance, and the ability to execute and analyze A/B, pre-post, and lift tests. SEO principles, including how website technical health impacts paid search performance. Landing page optimization, including A/B testing, heatmapping and funnel analysis using tools like Optimizely and Hotjar.
