Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers Proficient in managing calendars and information flow Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background (preferred) Bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish or Portuguese, both spoken and written Excellent organizational and time-management skills Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information Permanently resides in Latin America Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection
