Completed studies in business, marketing, or comparable qualification. At least three years of experience in key account management in the FMCG sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills at all hierarchical levels. Very good analytical skills and understanding of numbers. Initial experience with market data (e.g., Nielsen). Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style. Experience with customers in Austria or Switzerland or willingness to learn. Proactive and hands-on attitude. Good knowledge of German and English.
