Requirements:
Completed studies in business, marketing, or comparable qualification. At least three years of experience in key account management in the FMCG sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills at all hierarchical levels. Very good analytical skills and understanding of numbers. Initial experience with market data (e.g., Nielsen). Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style. Experience with customers in Austria or Switzerland or willingness to learn. Proactive and hands-on attitude. Good knowledge of German and English.
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop existing customers in Austria and Switzerland, including negotiations and listings. Acquire and develop new customer relationships. Manage profit and loss for assigned customers, including budget planning and control. Plan and monitor forecasts. Collaborate with marketing on sales strategies and campaigns. Conduct market and competitor analyses.
