Requirements:

Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Hawaii Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Master’s (MSN, MPH, MHA) preferred Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience Minimum 3 years in addiction medicine, substance use disorder treatment, or psychiatric/mental health nursing Previous leadership or program management experience Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), telehealth platforms, and secure communication tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Certification as a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse (CARN) or CARN-AP preferred Experience developing new programs and managing clinical services in a telehealth environment is advantageous

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the telehealth addiction medicine program Oversee clinical operations including patient care coordination and treatment planning Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to nursing and support staff Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop workflows and implement telehealth technologies Monitor program performance metrics and evaluate outcomes Facilitate staff training and continuing education Participate in virtual patient care as needed
