Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in deal desk, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue roles; SaaS/subscription experience preferred Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles Proficiency with Salesforce.com; experience with Gainsight or similar tools is a plus Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and manage bespoke commercial agreements Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced technology or SaaS environment
Responsibilities:
Manage the full renewal process, including coordination with internal teams, customer communications, and contract execution Provide deal advisory and support commercial negotiations for complex renewals Develop and maintain best practices for deal structuring, pricing, and contract terms Prepare financial models and risk/reward analyses Lead non-standard deal approvals and manage quote processing Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, reports, and records Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline renewals operations, implement automation, and improve process efficiency
