Requirements:
8+ years of enterprise field sales experience, ideally in data, data security, governance, privacy, or cloud-native software Proven success in introducing new products, executing business development, ramping pipeline, and closing enterprise deals Proficiency in MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies Strong executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Ability to analyze and visualize complex data to inform sales strategies Experience working in both large and emerging company environments Team-oriented, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Willingness and ability to travel as required
Responsibilities:
Drive direct sales and opportunity generation by creating, qualifying, managing, and closing enterprise deals Lead business development activities, including lead generation, pipeline ramp-up, and market penetration Partner with reseller channels, including recruitment, enablement, training, and performance monitoring Manage the full sales lifecycle alongside cross-functional teams such as sales engineering, marketing, and product Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and lead generation initiatives Set priorities and keep the team focused on achieving revenue goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
