Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering 1 year of experience Experience automating websites with headless browsers/libraries (Puppeteer, Playwright) Experience working with Agile (Scrum) workflows Experience scaling applications under high load with technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes) Experience debugging CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Docker, Bash scripting)

Align Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with business objectives Ensure Pull Requests (PRs) do not negatively impact performance/security Automate websites using headless browsers/libraries (Puppeteer, Playwright) Work with Agile (Scrum) workflows Scale applications under high load with technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes) Debug CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Docker, Bash scripting) Ensure company's Epics are completed Ensure timely PR reviews/approvals Write performant code adhering to coding standards Balance technical debt creation with product shipping Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve infrastructure resiliency Identify/fix bugs in code Participate in on-call rotations and address issues Identify/remediate issues with production code base Ensure documentation in Notion is up to date Identify, document, train/implement process improvements Monitor timelines and execution to eliminate obstacles Perform security review on pull requests Create training sessions for team upskilling Perform code review for security, performance, design, and code quality Respond to feedback from team members Increase velocity of Jira ticket/Epic completion Complete R&D for adopting new product features Manage clear product requirement documents showing implementation path Ensure stakeholders are apprised of Epic progress Create Jira tickets to delegate work Allocate tickets to team members Provide estimates/scoping for Epics/related issues
