3+ years in a customer-facing role (Implementation Project Manager, Customer Success Partner, Technical Account Manager, or managing L&D projects) Experience deploying SaaS products (ideally in HR or learning technology) Ability to manage end-to-end projects with multiple stakeholders Hands-on experience with integration (flat file, APIs, SSO) or strong interest in integration topics Solution-oriented mindset with a strong client-first approach Structured, rational, and analytical Excellent listening and teaching skills Self-starter comfortable in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR, DE)
