Sr. Manager, Treasury - EMEA

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBA Preferred) 8-10 years+ experience in Accounting, Financial Services, and Treasury roles Demonstrable knowledge and passion about bitcoin and cryptocurrency Experience with crypto operations, settlements, custody systems, bridging, and chain rebalancing is an asset Experience in markets, executing and settling spot FX in fiat and/or crypto Experience managing a team for 2+ years, preferably in a remote setting Strong analytical skills and ability to build financial models Strong comprehension of the balance sheet Understanding of global and local payment networks (SWIFT, SEPA, etc.) Technical skills in Excel and SQL preferred Experience overseeing audit controls

Manage a regional team of Treasury Analysts Create, maintain, and interpret cash flows and forecasts Execute high value payments using TMS, internal payment gateways, and banking partners Collaborate on crypto trades and fiat foreign exchange transactions Manage treasury operations tools across global banking partners Provide global 24/7 settlement services Conduct detailed analysis and deploy liquidity management tools Identify and implement workflow automations Govern adherence to policies and procedures
