Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant marketing or related healthcare experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields.
- Knowledge of oncology drug development and understanding of melanoma disease.
- Demonstrated ability to own and execute commercial facing scientific marketing strategy.
- Practical experience in biotech or pharmaceutical commercial functions.
- Hands-on ability developing scientific marketing strategies.
- Comfort operating with limited infrastructure and driving workstreams independently.
- Strong prioritization and execution skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Cell Therapy experience is desirable.
- Advanced science degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) or advanced business degree (MBA) is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic direction for scientific strategy and medical education activities supporting AMTAGVI.
- Lead an expansive P2P education and promotion platform (speaker programs, roundtables, advisory boards).
- Develop educational content for peer-to-peer engagements.
- Lead national and regional peer-to-peer programming and execution.
- Partner with Medical Affairs on publications, scientific communications, and data generation.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
