Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across SEO/GEO, Paid Media, Analytics & Insights, Design/UX, and Project Management. Act as the client and internal team champion, ensuring seamless integration and communication. Develop deep expertise in client businesses and industries, identifying insights and opportunities. Gain deep knowledge of digital channels, analyze data, and ensure recommendations are ROI-driven. Architect integrated data solutions for marketing campaigns. Develop and lead strategic client presentations. Be responsible for client retention and contract growth, including renewals and development. Share innovative work related to AI and leverage new tools to drive efficiencies. Travel ~10-15% of the year to visit clients.
