5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, product-led tech companies in Brazil. Prior experience in a generalist recruiting and people ops role. Prior experience with startups/scaleups is essential. Strong stakeholder management skills. English proficiency is a must-have requirement (written and verbal). High ownership mindset and comfort operating independently. Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, and Deel is a plus. Experience working with globally distributed teams is a plus.
