Requirements:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, product-led tech companies in Brazil. Prior experience in a generalist recruiting and people ops role. Prior experience with startups/scaleups is essential. Strong stakeholder management skills. English proficiency is a must-have requirement (written and verbal). High ownership mindset and comfort operating independently. Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, and Deel is a plus. Experience working with globally distributed teams is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles in LATAM. Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and execution. Build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and market mapping. Deliver a high-quality candidate experience. Manage LATAM employee payroll and benefits. Own new employee onboarding. Organize team get-togethers and events. Serve as the primary People Ops partner for LATAM employees, addressing employee relations and local labor laws.
