Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related field (knowledge of towing and Roadside assistance) Excellent communication and active listening skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace Proficient in using computers, VoIP systems, and web-based tools Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Must be self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision Good command of written and spoken English Must have a functioning PC or laptop with updated operating system and headset
