Higher education degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Management, Communication or other. At least 3+ years of relevant and recent consulting or business experience. Solid background in Organizational Change Management, continuous improvement, design thinking, learning & development and transformation experience. Proven track record of successfully delivering client engagements in the field of Organizational Transformation. Functional expertise in ERP (S/4Hana, SAP, Oracle) BPO/Outsourcing, Cloud, or Salesforce Transformation. Proactive self-starters, high energy, motivated and driving personality. Willingness to travel. Excellent command of English. Additional language skills in German or French are highly desirable.
