Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Recruiting coordination/administrative capacity. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Experience with formulas, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables in Google Sheets or Excel. High attention to detail and adaptable mindset. Availability to work up to 20 hours per week for 3-4 months.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate candidate experience by coordinating interview schedules. Collaborate with the Talent team on new hire documentation and onboarding. Manage end-to-end requisition process in ATS (Lever). Maintain and update recruitment dashboards. Manage the contractor process for freelance talent. Assist in coordinating industry networking and program support. Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting events. Support AI rotational program logistics.
