2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Recruiting coordination/administrative capacity. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Experience with formulas, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables in Google Sheets or Excel. High attention to detail and adaptable mindset. Availability to work up to 20 hours per week for 3-4 months.
