Engineering Manager, Data Hub

At least 5 years experience in full-stack software development in web technologies and architecting scalable systems At least 1 years of leadership experience, including people management In-depth experience with Typescript, React and GraphQL Experience working with modern frontend libraries and frameworks (e.g. Redux, Zustand, Jest) Experience in modern full-stack frameworks (e.g. Django, Ruby on Rails) Experience scaling a Ruby on Rails backend architecture is a plus Experience in AWS is a plus Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, system design, cloud computing, full-stack development)

Lead and mentor a team of 5+ talented engineers within full-stack platform engineering Act as a hands-on manager and participate in project design and implementation Plan roadmap, engineer resources and hiring Promote software development best practices and conduct rigorous code reviews Work closely with Product Managers and Designers Conduct interviews to attract and identify potential high-performing candidates
