10+ years in technical field leadership roles (Field CTO, Principal Solutions Architect, or equivalent). Hands-on experience with AI/ML workloads including model training, fine-tuning, inference, GPU optimization and deployment, data pipelines, MLOps, or production AI systems. Proven success supporting GSI, VAR, and ISV sales motions. Strong business acumen with a focus on revenue, deal impact, and partner success. Demonstrated ability to influence product based on partner/customer feedback. Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex AI concepts for executive, technical, and partner audiences. Comfortable with 30–40% travel (domestic and international).
