Principal Technical Program Manager

12-15 years of program management experience in data governance, data management, data analytics or transformation program and rollout activities Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide data governance teams and programs with cross-functional team collaboration Deep expertise in program management related to designing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and standards Familiarity with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica) and modern data platforms Demonstrated success with stakeholder engagement & action while leading change management and adoption of data platforms Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or equivalent experience (Desired) Program Management, Project Management or Agile Certification (PMP, SAFe, CSM, Six Sigma) (Desired) Experience project managing data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker (Desired) Governance Policy experience (data retention, identity & access management, GRC) (Desired) Experience working with projects teams to design and deploy initiatives or programs that drive organizational efficiencies, growth and value (Desired)

Program manage strategic and simultaneous project initiatives Ensure all projects progress according to scope, schedule and budget Leverage a Project Management (SAFe and Agile) mindset and principles Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by developing, cultivating and managing relationships Provide status and monitoring of project progression and performance Be a problem solver, identifying innovative solutions to project deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints Evaluate, prioritize, and manage impacts of project scope, changes, issues and risks Use data to highlight and independently drive functional and business impact Utilize predictive analytics to provide insights into program progress Drive decision-making by communicating goals and objectives Run productive, and impartial meetings to ensure implementation or closure of actions
