Senior Contracts Manager, Procurement and AI

At least 5 years of in-house contracts management experience, including with a SaaS or other technology company. Demonstrated experience reviewing, negotiating, and drafting legal terms in a broad range of commercial contracts. Experience negotiating with AI vendors, particularly in the context of SaaS products. Familiarity with AI contracting, including distinctions between generative AI and traditional machine learning. Ability to draft documents, policies, and emails precisely and digestibly. Flexibility, resourcefulness, technological savviness, and solution-orientation. Ability to execute, prioritize, and stay focused in a fast-moving environment. High integrity, excellent judgment, clear and thoughtful communication. Ability to be both strategic and detail-oriented. Skilled at building authentic relationships across functional teams.

Manage vendor contracting, including reviewing and negotiating terms. Build and maintain contracting playbooks, templates, and clause libraries. Build and maintain Airtable's contracts repository. Develop data-driven insights on vendor contracting operations. Collaborate with procurement, finance, IT, security, privacy, and compliance on vendor reviews. Support procure-to-pay process optimization and automation. Respond to business questions regarding vendor contracts and processes. Work with Product/Privacy Counsel on AI and data usage contracts. Support AI go-to-market strategy, customer AI contract negotiations, and sales enablement. Support alignment between AI vendor/data contract risks and internal governance. Enhance efficiency of commercial legal support.
