Requirements
- Pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- Curious learner in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Skilled in leveraging social/digital insights for content creation
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver results within tight deadlines
- Highly organized with exceptional time-management abilities
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude and strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of Information Technology and digital tools
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a robust talent pool
- Ideate on social and digital content to attract talent
- Engage with potential candidates across social platforms
- Utilize enterprise tools and social networks for sourcing
- Collaborate with Talent Sourcing and HR teams
- Channel candidate and market feedback into insights
