Senior Contracts Manager, Procurement and AI

At least 5 years of in-house contracts management experience, including with a SaaS or technology company. Demonstrated experience reviewing, negotiating, and drafting legal terms in a broad range of commercial contracts. Experience negotiating with AI vendors, particularly for SaaS products, and understanding related legal, security, and compliance considerations. Familiarity with AI contracting, including distinctions between generative AI and traditional machine learning, and their impact on software agreements. Ability to draft documents, policies, and communications precisely and digestibly. Flexibility, resourcefulness, technological savviness, and solution-orientation. Ability to manage and prioritize work independently in a fast-moving environment. High integrity and excellent judgment. Clear and thoughtful communication skills. Ability to be both strategic and detail-oriented. Skilled at building authentic relationships across diverse functional teams.

Manage vendor contracting process, including negotiation and review of legal terms. Develop and maintain contracting playbooks, templates, and clause libraries. Build and maintain contracts repository and provide data-driven insights. Partner with procurement, finance, IT, security, privacy, and compliance on vendor reviews. Support procure-to-pay process optimization and automation. Advise on vendor contracts, negotiation positions, and related processes. Work with Product/Privacy Counsel on AI and data usage contract matters. Ensure vendor technology aligns with legal, security, subprocessor, and customer requirements. Support AI contracting strategy, customer negotiations, and sales enablement. Align AI vendor and data contract risks with internal governance.
