Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling. Active license in Wisconsin to deliver mental health care (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD/PsyD, etc.). Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and/or motivational interviewing. Experience delivering care via telehealth. Strong technological skills and learning new systems (Zoom, GSuite, EHRs, etc.). Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload). Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to offer hours during and especially after a typical school day (e.g., 3-8 pm Eastern Time). Fluency in other languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese) is a plus. Experience with parent guidance is a plus. Active NPI number is a plus. CAQH credentialing set up is a plus.
