Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a relevant field. At least two (2) years of experience in an Employee Relations or HR Generalist role with a heavy focus on ER. Strong knowledge of due process, labor codes, and standard disciplinary procedures. Preferably has experience handling Employee Relations for Virtual Assistants or within the BPO/remote staffing industry. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and neutrality. Can work independently, as well as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with high confidentiality. Available for full-time work.
