Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and employment regulations. Demonstrated experience ensuring compliance across HR policies and practices. Naturally extroverted, energetic, and people-focused. Ability to build strong relationships and create an engaging workplace culture. Solid project management skills. Experience leading HR initiatives and coordinating company events. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
