Requirements:
More than 3 years professional experience in a consultative sales role with a solid sales track record. Fluent in English; French, Spanish, or Japanese are a plus. Strong understanding of durable carbon removals and differences between removal technologies. Experience working in carbon or other environmental markets. Experience in initiating, negotiating, and managing partner relationships. Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce or other CRM.
Responsibilities:
Identify new project owners and projects across different types of durable removals. Manage sales pipeline of removal projects and nurture key accounts. Negotiate partnership agreements with durable carbon removal companies. Advise partners on project development, certification, and credit sales. Travel to visit project owners, represent Carbonfuture at conferences, and build networks. Support communication with large corporate partners. Become an expert user of Carbonfuture’s digital platform, manage removals and credits, and provide feedback to the product team. Support project due diligence including risk assessment.
