Design, deliver, and optimize a scalable, blended learning curriculum for sales functions. Conduct assessments to identify critical knowledge, skill, and process gaps. Define, track, and report on KPIs related to training effectiveness. Conceptualize and develop blended learning assets (e-learning, video, workshops, documentation). Create and update training content for sales enablement initiatives. Lead strategy, training, and documentation for critical sales technologies. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify strategic skill gaps and training needs. Partner with SMEs, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Marketing for content accuracy and alignment. Champion continuous improvement in sales processes and training practices.
