3-5+ years of experience in sales training or enablement. Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and expertise in core sales skills. Strong working knowledge and training experience with CRM, conversation intelligence, and content management systems. Exceptional ability to act as an engaging facilitator and coach. Experience designing and managing blended learning programs. Proven ability to build trust and influence across frontline sellers and senior leadership. Data-driven mindset with experience linking training programs to measurable business outcomes. Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
Responsibilities:
Design, deliver, and optimize a scalable, blended learning curriculum for sales functions. Conduct assessments to identify critical knowledge, skill, and process gaps. Define, track, and report on KPIs related to training effectiveness. Conceptualize and develop blended learning assets (e-learning, video, workshops, documentation). Create and update training content for sales enablement initiatives. Lead strategy, training, and documentation for critical sales technologies. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify strategic skill gaps and training needs. Partner with SMEs, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Marketing for content accuracy and alignment. Champion continuous improvement in sales processes and training practices.
