Requirements:
2+ years of behavioral health admissions supervisory/management experience. Master's degree in mental health or a related field. Independent mental health licensure. Salesforce experience preferred. Familiarity with cloud-based communication and relevant software (Gmail, Slack, Dropbox, Zoom, Office, EMR). Experience working with a wide range of ages (children, teens, young adults, adults). Strong project management skills. Ability to energize, motivate, communicate, and build rapport at all levels. High proficiency in navigating electronic medical record systems. Work authorized in the United States. Native or bilingual English proficiency. Access to reliable technology resources for telehealth services.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Admissions Assessment Therapists, Associates, and/or Coordinators. Oversee intake and assessments of prospective clients. Conduct monthly chart audits for compliance and quality assurance. Collaborate with various departments to improve the admissions process. Determine admissions best practices and revise policies. Handle escalations and provide service recovery. Communicate compassionately and professionally with clients. Present programming information to clients. Complete HIPAA-compliant virtual biopsychosocial assessments. Identify and connect with appropriate staff for crisis intervention. Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria. Document client information in an electronic medical record. Assign treatment team members and group schedules. Adapt to organizational change and departmental restructuring.
