Lead, develop, and inspire sales managers and Account Executive teams. Attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent. Coach, manage, and develop sellers with an emphasis on continual learning. Build and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business, expansion, and retention across Greater China, ASEAN, India, and ANZ. Own top-line growth targets and manage complex, multi-year deals. Develop and implement processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms. Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity metrics, forecasts, and performance trends. Oversee pipeline generation and sales cadence. Drive revenue success by owning and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. Analyze team and market performance, providing insights and recommendations. Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Support, Revenue Operations, and Marketing. Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve and iterate messaging and collateral. Work with Sales Operations to optimize processes and systems. Represent sales leadership in internal forums. Lead or contribute to initiatives that improve sales efficiency, scalability, and customer experience. Travel as required across the APAC region. Attend industry events and partnership engagements. Comfortable operating hands-on in sales as well as providing strategic oversight.
