Requirements:
PMP certification required. Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 10 years of experience in project management for federal government contracts. Master's Degree and minimum of 8 years of experience in for federal government contracts with established experience in a project management capacity. Ability to understand and demonstrate successful management of processes related to federal government contracts and their requirements, such as CPARS, acquisition life cycle program/project management, subcontract management, and DCAA compliant timekeeping. Ability to understand and demonstrate successful management of federal government contract types, BPAs, IDIQs, and time and material, labor hour, and firm fixed price. Servant leadership with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with significant client visibility. Strong foundation in project management principles, processes, and methodology. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Energetic, forward-thinking, creative individual with high ethical standards and professional image. Strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus. Well-organized and self-directed individual, politically savvy and a team player. Intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization. Decisive individual with a 'big picture' perspective and well-versed in systems. Excellent writing skills. Experience and expertise with PCs, MS Office, Adobe, Google Mail, Citrix ShareFile (or other online platforms), and online meeting platforms such as Google Meet and Zoom.
Responsibilities:
Manage project budget, scope, schedule, and risks. Serve as lead for client relationship building and management. Lead project teams in gathering client requirements. Manage multiple, concurrent projects. Perform team management and subcontractor management. Provide thought leadership and written inputs for deliverables. Manage and/or contribute to data gathering, analysis, and reporting. Identify and develop opportunities for additional client services. Develop project plans, including key issues, performance metrics, and resources. Design processes to address identified problems. Define and communicate roles and responsibilities for team members. Motivate team members and facilitate meetings. Onboard and integrate new project team members. Act as liaison, problem solver, and facilitator. Provide guidance to the team on performance and productivity. Lead and direct the work of others. Manage competing priorities and set deadlines. Produce high quality, error-free work. Provide project management support for executive-level meetings. Exhibit flexibility and resilience. Provide inputs for proposals. Support internal projects as needed.
