Requirements:
Multiple years of leadership experience, ideally as a Team Lead in the BPO world, preferably in Contact Center. Strong, ideally native German language skills in speaking and writing, as well as advanced English skills. Distinct communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Experience in handling KPIs and optimizing work processes. Joy and experience in working in a 100% remote environment with a lively digital community.
Responsibilities:
Lead a dedicated team of Customer Service Ambassadors and support them in achieving outstanding performance. Coordinate the daily activities of your team, set priorities, and ensure all KPIs and service goals are met. Foster the development and training of your team members through regular feedback and coaching. Ensure high service quality by optimizing processes and striving for continuous improvement. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
