Requirements:
4+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing or media buying. Experience in Staffing, Recruiting, or SaaS sectors is a plus. Deep experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, landing pages, list segmentation) and CRM integration. Strong experience in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads. Proficiency in analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics 4, HubSpot Reports, LinkedIn Insights Tag). Excellent interpersonal skills to explain complex marketing data to non-marketing stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Serve as internal subject matter expert for HubSpot, optimizing workflows, lead scoring, and attribution reports. Develop comprehensive B2B media plans targeting decision-makers at startups and enterprise companies. Conduct market research to identify target audience consumption habits. Stay abreast of emerging B2B trends and AI integrations in marketing. Advise New Business and Account teams on recommended budgets and strategies. Oversee execution of paid media campaigns with focus on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads. Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies. Track B2B KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, Cost Per Discovery Call, and Pipeline Velocity. Analyze campaign data to refine audience segments and improve lead quality. Manage and allocate media budgets effectively to maximize Client Acquisition Cost efficiency. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly budget pacing. Identify opportunities for cost-saving without compromising lead quality.
