Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to drive business growth and revenue through outbound sales activities Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and roll out initiatives to tap new channels of business Leverage sales automation, AI, funnel management, and prospecting tools to generate qualified sales pipeline Set goals for the business development team and develop strategies to meet those goals Prepare financial reports and revenue projections Build and maintain worthwhile relationships through networking, meetings, and creating a solid social media presence Perform demos, secure ways to build relationships and partnerships to scale the business Overseeing and directing the performance of the outbound sales team (responsible for hunting, gathering and executing end-to-end sales), audits team, and sales enablement team Train new sales team members to execute end-to-end outbound sales activities Outline KPI tracking via HubSpot dashboarding Adjust and improve the outbound efforts of the sales team to align with the strategic goals set out by the organization
