Primary Care Physician-Weekday (MD/DO BCFM/BCIM), NC/SC, 100% Remote

Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine 3+ years of post-residency work experience A minimum of 2+ years experience in an in-person primary care setting Experience with virtual visits required Must have an active NC or SC state medical license Must have prior experience with EPIC EMR Clean background and medical malpractice history Willing to commit 40 hours per week, 36 clinical hours Must be able to work Monday and Friday with flexibility over starting hours (i.e., 7 am-12:30 pm EST) Spanish Speaking is a plus Strong interest in developing longitudinal relationships with patients and managing chronic care conditions Comfort with management of acute conditions in a virtual setting Extensive experience handling 3+ cases per hour

Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote, virtual setting Elevate remote care by providing compassionate and meaningful patient encounters Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician Refer patients to specialists or acute care services when clinically indicated Work on population health initiatives for risk-attributed patients Support patients immediately post-discharge Practice continuous self-evaluation to ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices
